Cancellation & Refund Policy

At PumiRoots, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely happy, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy from the date you receive your order.


Returns

To request a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product type (see the “Exceptions” section below).

How to Start a Return

You can initiate a return by contacting us at:

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

  • A return shipping label,
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without first receiving authorization from us, as they will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@pumiroots.com.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us right away if:

  • Your order is damaged,
  • You received a defective product,
  • You received the wrong item,
  • Items are missing from the package.

We will review the issue and work quickly to make it right.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as the item has not yet been shipped.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products
  • Personal care or consumable products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events

We also prioritize sustainability. Returning certain items can create unnecessary carbon emissions, so we encourage customers to reach out to us before buying if they have questions.


Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item or want a different variant, we can assist with an exchange.

The fastest method:

  1. Request a return for the item you have.
  2. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International Orders

Currently, PumiRoots ships only within the USA.
We do not support returns, exchanges, or refunds for international purchases.
If you find PumiRoots products outside the USA, they may be sold by an unauthorized reseller.
